Contact us about your vehicle and we’ll schedule a time to look it over or have it brought to the shop. Fridays are our typical intake days, but we’re flexible.
2. SCOPE & ESTIMATE
Sam carefully evaluates the vehicle, develops a detailed scope of work, and prepares an estimate. You’ll have the opportunity to review and adjust before moving forward. We work on an hourly basis, and your estimate will reflect the projected hours and materials needed.
3. SECURE YOUR SPOT
Once the scope of work is approved, we schedule your project.
For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to lock in your place on the calendar. That deposit would be applied directly to your vehicle once work begins.
4. IN THE SHOP
Your vehicle comes in and we begin work. We strive to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to each active project.
5. PROGRESS & BILLING
As we work, we bill every couple of weeks for hours completed and materials used.
We’ll invite you in to see the progress, or send updates and invoices by phone and email if you’re out of town.
6. COMPLETION & PICK-UP
Finished and ready to go! We will walk you through everything that was done and answer any final questions.
